Our photographer has a field day capturing the scenery in this stunning island photo shoot
Sometimes a panorama is just begging to be captured. And that’s what we found on a photo shoot in the Isle of Skye when we visited a hotel and restaurant owner with a business in one of the UK’s most idyllic locations.
Closeted away among the breath-taking Cuillin mountain range in the remote Scottish island, Sligachan Hotel was always going to guarantee some stunning photography – and plenty of ammunition for an intro to win over our audience. As long as the renowned Highlands weather kept up its end of the bargain, anyway.
So when our snapper arrived at the hotel to find a rolling backdrop to Sligachan’s restaurant that almost looked like a film set, we knew we’d have great photography to show for it.
Of course, working for a food-and-drink magazine, we couldn’t just run with a load of shots of the vista outside. So, we got some snaps of delicious-looking food for good measure too.
